Not too much has been going on in the Huerta house...or shall I say apartment. You will see this in the lack of pictures. ok, so the lack of pictures is due to the fact that this girl left her camera at her big sisters housetill a couple days ago and hasn't been able to take too many pictures...that and my camera is ALL the way in the front room. haha
I will deffinately post more pictures soon (we took a bunch yesterday of freckles and his sister that my mom might keep... yay!)
We had a pretty fun holiday. Of course it is always fun with family. We opened the Hampton family gifts on Christmas eve, Luis and I picked Eric and Haleigh for our Christmas people. They joke that I won Christmas (by they, we mean Brent...and by Joke, we mean that he is serious.) I made Hals a sock monkey hat.
She is rarely seen without it. Mikey asked me how long it took me to make, and was amazed that it only took me 2 days. But what he didnt understand is that it took me 2 FULL days. I did nothing else for those two days. It was hard work, but it turned out super cute! Though I can hardly say I thought of it all by myself. I learned how to crochet by watching this channel.
I watched her tutorials, and modified it to what I wanted. Mom thinks that that is still pretty amazing that I could modify it like that, but I really couldnt have done it without watching her tutorials! (she does a really cute bow tutorial, and a cute flower one too!)
My Best Friend and her husband came down from Idaho for new years. Of course this was while my camera was at Jill's house, so there are no pictures of us dancing and shooting zombies.(our favorite pass time)
So like that our holidays are over. But thats not to say that this new year wont be full of excitement...
